On Sunday afternoon (09/09/07) I observed 2 Banded Lapwings on the eastern side of the Federal Highway about 1km south of Wollogorang Creek. One bird appeared to be on a nest. Does anyone know if this is in the COG AOI?

Rowes Lagoon has come back to life, with Pacific Herons (6), Black-necked Stilts (15) and Black-fronted Dotterel (2) in addition to the more usually encountered species.
