2.  to Geoff D for superb films of the peregrines at The Big Hole which alerted us to their presence; we sat quietly for 3/4 of an hour y'day and were rewarded by long looks at 2 juveniles; (wh-throated tree creepers and spotted pardalotes carrying nest material back into nest holes on way home)

3.  to Julian for posting a warning re difficulty of crossing the Shoalhaven at that spot; forewarned, we took our wellies and no probs.
