Quadra Hosting, the company that hosts our email and web services, has recently been upgrading its hardware. It has also upgraded the anti-spam software. It is possible that this may be a cause of the delays but, if that is the case, it should not be an ongoing issue. Rather, we now have a more stable and safer web/email hosting service.
