Popped in for 1/2 hour at Jerrabomberra Wetlands yesterafternoon. Not much
around (reeds brown, little birds), but there were a number of pairs of
Australasian Shoveler, a lone Yellow Thornbill, and an unusual Australasian
Grebe (plumage like breeding but paler on head, with rich, solid
chestnut/rufous on flanks).
