I am happy to bring mine along, but as I will be collecting and handing out Charts immediately before the Meeting there will be limited opportunity to ensure it communicates with the vagaristic system. Perhaps this should be regaded as the back-up option?

As Sue Lashko is away hers will not be available and the school does not provide one.

The speakers either do not have one or have concerns about whether their's would do the job.

While several committee members have access to lap tops they can borrow from work, given the vagaries of the system at the venue I think it good to have a few options in the hope that at least one will work.
