I happened to be at Barton yesterday at about 2.20 p.m. and whilst there heard a big fuss from Cockatoos and looked up to see a adult White-bellied Sea-Eagle flying over, more or less over the treasury building, going towards over the high court, library, etc. Probably same bird that someone else mentioned recently.
