A friend, and capable birdo, Geoff Butler of Wamboin, reports a Powerful
Owl calling out there. He is very familiar with other night birds
(indeed he says that Boobooks and Tawny Frogmithe were also calling that
night). I played him a recording of PO, and he is adamant that that's
what he heard. Keep your ears open out there!
