I spent an enjoyable hour at the wetlands on Tuesday
evening
Highlights were
33 Gang-Gangs feeding. I got to within 5 yards
2 Eastern Whip birds (One juvenile)
6 Purple swamp hens
12 Superb Fairy Wrens
2 Grey Teals
3 Australian White Ibis
1 Latham Snipe
1 Red-lawed Wattle Bird
1 Whistling Kite
1 Perigean Falcon
4 Masked Lap-wings
3 Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos
Several Rainbow-lorikeets screeching over head
