Hi For the first time in nearly 30 years of living in Hawker, we had a sacred kingfisher in our garden this morning. It was only present briefly, but it very oblingingly sat clearly in view on top of a pergola for the minute or so it was here. Is it usual to see kingfishers in garden settings in Canberra?
