A couple of interesting observations
1 Black Falcon; flock of 35 Banded Lapwings; 25 White-browed Woodswallows, including several young, birds moved over wide area, mainly feeding on grasshoppers taken from the ground;
in one paddock 11 Wedge-tailed Eagles, most birds departed in groups and took off in different directions: 2 ad. + 2 immat, 2 ad + 1 immat, 1 ad, while 3 immat stayed behind; the 6 immature birds may be an indication of a good breeding season (?).
No signs of Singing Bushlarks, in fact hardly a sign of Skylarks, at least birds no longer singing.
