Have crested pigeon nesting in euc in my back garden, which seems to have encouraged lots of other crested pigeons to hang around - this morning 8 sitting on the power wires close to the tree.  Three of them behaving in a manner I haven't seen before. One would sidle  up to the next, then very loudly belt its neighbour with its wings. Apparently to try and knock the competitor(s) off the wire - which happened a few times, but they repeated the battle for several minutes - another clothesline observation!  The one sitting on the nest seemed very disinterested, sharing the tree this morning with pair of currawongs and a begging youngster, and a wattlebird parent with begging youngster.
