Tom, thank you and the same to you and Jane, as
well as all subscribers.
Yes it was a good night and very pleasing that so
many members wanted to linger on - we certainly picked the right night this week
to have it. Can't remember it ever going on till dark before.
My role in "bagsing the BBQ" was a relatively easy
one and I should publicly thank all those involved who did the hard work,
particularly Sue Lashko who was the main organiser and purchaser, but also all
those who brought things to share, cooked the BBQ, collected the money,
distributed tickets, helped pick or judge the prizes etc etc.
