I'm glad you have explained this. I had lost confidence in Google Earth! It shows the features of Mulligans Flat very clearly (although at a time when there was much more water around) and the dam you mentioned is exactly at the coordinates you have just posted.

Perhaps as resolution improves further, we might actually see Black HEs from the satellite!
