I should have posted this last week, but around 9 am on Monday 23 October I heard the clear calls of the Red-capped Robin off Dunrossil Drive Yarralumla.  I tried to locate it for over 10 minutes in thick overgrown scrub near the fence on the SE corner of the Royal Canberra Golf Course, but while it continued to call it kept moving in front of me.  It is unusual habitat, but I have recorded a female/immature male < 200 m from here before, across the road in a much more open area about 3 years ago when I was living nearby.

I meant to try to follow it up but have not been able to.
