Between 3.00 and 3.20 I watched a Buff-banded Rail (visible for the
whole time) and also more briefly watched Spotted and Baillon's Crake,
as I sat up the viewing tree on a comfortable branch with RB finches
feeding happily all around me.

Glossy Ibis at that time was opposite Cygnus hide. A Horsfield
Bronze-cuckoo was very vocal down near the viewing spot close to the
school.

Cheers
Sue

Subject: Lewin's Rail and Glossy Ibis

A Lewin's Rail was observed this afternoon at about 4.45pm at Crake
Alley at
Kellys Swamp.

The lone Glossy Ibis was observed out the front of the Bittern hide.

Cheers
Anthony
