This evening I went with family to see crakes and rails at Kelly's. We saw a Baillon's (the only sp I had succeeded in seeing there this season) and I was hoping for a Lewin's Rail, but instead I saw a Spotless Crake.

It was in a reed bed out and to the left of the Bittern Hide. However from there this bed is obscured by the willows, so the best view of the bed is from the bank to the left of the Bittern Hide.
