Newly hatched M Lapwing chick feeding by itself 20 and 30m respectively from parents

1 Brown Snake at edge of mown area

2 Baillons in front of Bittern Hide

Yesterday afternoon at Kelly's Swamp:

  • Buff-banded Rail ('crake alley')
  • Spotted Crake ('crake alley')
  • juvenile New Holland Honeyeater
  • over 20 Pelicans coming in to roost
  • over 100 Silver Gulls flying over to their roost at the Turf Farm
