This week a couple of Rufous Whistlers also turned up in Aranda Bushland, with
one this morning doing a very good impersonation of a speckled warbler... A
couple of Noisy Friarbirds have been around for a while now, but a few more
appear to be around in the last week. Five Rainbow Lorikeets are also hanging
around the strip of bushland between houses near Aranda Bushland.

During a quick walk at Campbell park on Monday morning we saw a male
> Rufous Whistler. It was silent. The only returning migrants heard and
> seen were the single whistler, Noisy Friarbirds and a Western Gerygone.
