Hi All,
Each year I have been going out to hear the
Lyrebird as described below. I have been out several times each winter
(plus other times). Today 22 July at 2.00 p.m. (on I think my third try this
winter), for the first time since the winter of 2003, I heard one again.
>From exactly the same place. (It is 1.1 km from the Kambah Pool car park - easy
because there are markers every 200 metres). Marnix wrote that his father saw
one there in early February 2003.
