On the other hand, there are probably more foxes than politicians within 3 km of the parliament, but I can?t see any government program providing funds to enable that proposition to be verified. I have a photo showing a fox 2km from parliament house http://www.flickr.com/photos/ozjulian/87219247/in/set-72057594049236215/ If you click on "all sizes" you get a somewhat bigger version, but still not enough to show that it is definitely a fox. On the original it is obvious. Since I don't have a photo of a dingo in the same proximity, my investigation supports your proposition. (I've seen even worse arguments carry great weight, especially in the medical world).
