Some sightings on Good Friday morning near the Yankee Hat car park and along the Gudgenby Bush Regeneration track (Old Boboyan Rd): Hooded robin: 1 male (first HR I’ve seen at this site) Scarlet robin: pair Lots of Flame robins Southern whiteface: 3 foraging on ground with Yellow-rumped thornbills. Diamond firetail: 6+ Golden whistler: 1 heard Brown treecreeper: 2 seen, more heard Dusky woodswallow: 12+ Also small parties of Yellow-faced HEs, and larger numbers of White-naped near the Old Boyan Rd turning. The WN HEs didn’t seem to be moving anywhere.
