Those are the co-ordinates of the Turtle Fire Trail in Monga National Park (not 'Turtle Creek Fire Trail'). The trail runs from the Boundary Fire Trail east to join the No Name Mountain Road. This is along a high ridge and a steep slope, no place for a duck! I wonder if the person meant Hurdle Creek? But that's not very ducky, either.
