Hi Nick,
Thanks. Depends how you define rare. Sort of
bird that someone like me might if lucky, see on average once every five to
ten years in the ACT. Certainly they are something to be pleased about
finding and well worth reporting and probably will get a lot of hopefuls out
there to see it too.
