Howdy folks,

I was flicking through the Reader’s Digest Complete Book of Australian Birds, 2003, when I noticed that there seems to be no reference to a Bassian Thrush. I did find a White’s Thrush, and it looked very similar, but Bassian wasn’t listed as an alternative name. Does anyone know what the official go is here?

Cheers,

James
