This morning while re-flagging one of my transects, a couple of obs.:
# Dusky Woodswallow: 3 pairs, each with 2 fledglings (all different ages) and 1 pair with at least 2 young in nest (nest rather bulky on top of a horizontal branch fork);
Sittella: the family (its nest discovered by COG members during nest work shop earlier) contains 3 fledglings;
# Grey Teal: 1 ad. + 1 juv. (>1/2 size of ad.) on triangular dam;
# Brown Goshawk: 2 fledglings from the pair that had featured in one of Geoffrey Dabb's recent emails.

Also about 160 Straw-necked Ibis in Majura valley, heading S (to Duntroon?).
