Very interesting indeed, I can remember seeing them nesting at CP when I was visiting Canberra in the mid-90s, haven't recorded them since moving here about 5 years ago. Wonder if it could be the lone Gooroo bird which hasn't been seen for a few months, as far as I know. Is there any recent info on the birds near the pistol club, I've been in that area a number of times without ever seeing or hearing Brown TCs. Also good to hear how the nests are progressing, I haven't been to CP since the workshop. cheers Stev |
