A pair of White-faced Herons is nesting on the east side of an oak tree
in the middle of the car park north of the John Dedman Building (off
Union Lane) at the ANU (map reference 27 on the ANU map at
http://campusmap.anu.edu.au/displaymap.asp?grid=gh32). I noticed one
of them selecting sticks for the nest in a nearby carpark at 7.40 am on
Tuesday.
