Kathy and I will be visiting NZs South Island in end Nov/early Dec this year and are looking for birdy things to do for a week or so. We're thinking of visiting Stewart Island, as well as the Royal Albatross colony at Dunedin, and Milford Sound.

If anyone has any particularly memorable experiences or must-see places or trips, could you please let me (or the list) know?
