The venue for the below event caught my eye. Diddams Close! Perhaps the marginally brisker pace entailed in orienteering rather than bird-spotting will enable me to surprise a couple of the elusive B Quail. I am sure that Noel will set an ornithologically-challenging course for the day. And who knows what else might turn up? Incidentally, the 'Close'-like properties that the ACT namers saw in this particular access road are a mystery to me, but if they think that a lake has a 'foreshore' I suppose anything goes
