It looks like a Little Eagle to me.  Can not see the under wings and the M but the tail certainly looks like a LE and the front coloring is not a WK.

Can anyone positively identify this raptor for me please.

Fyshwick sewerage ponds yesterday morning.

At the time I thought "whistling kite" but i was busy trying to get a picture.

My concern is the "crest"
which is visible from more than one angle in all the snaps I took ; except for the last.
