Black Falcon Higgins/Holt

There was a Black Falcon in the Higgins/Holt area last week. On at least one evening it appeared to be hunting Red-rumped parrots as they were travelling to roost. This is the normal time of year for them to be in the area. As I have stated before I don't consider then to be a rare bird in the ACT.
