When my binoculars failed to survive Namibian roads and a sandstorm, I found DAW Optical Services at Homebush West (Sydney) to be excellent. He (I have the impression it's a one-person setup, but I can't recall his name) was prompt, thorough and totally professional. It's at Level 1, 10a Henley Rd, HW 2140, ph 9764 3476. Good luck!
