I think it is a wood duck duckling. I would say
that at a quick look the colour is a useful indicator, wds being
brownish-grey and grey-buff and bds brown and warm golden-buff. This is
shown markedly in the BTW drawings in the Frith book (not the best for
reproducing here), and also in the HANZAB drawings (below)
