COG Members/List Members:
The COG Xmas Party barbecue at Black Mountain
Peninsula commencing at 6pm is still going ahead tomorrow, Wednesday,
despite the possibility of there being some late rain. We will be
setting up a large tent and an awning which will provide reasonable shelter
from showers, for a large number of people. If you are coming we
suggest you pack a raincoat and umbrella just in case. (full details of
the barbecue and what to bring, what is provided, are in the
Ganggang)
If the weather turns out to be very
wet tomorrow morning and we are looking at continuous rain into the
afternoon and evening, then we will have to review and may decide to
postpone. We will review situation in middle of the
day.
Helpers Needed: to put up the tent etc, we
need 3-4 people to come early, at 4pm to assist us. If possible, please
let me know in advance if you can be there to help - by email or leave phone
