Hi all, A vacancy for 1 or 2 persons has arisen
on our "Mount Isa Short & Wet Tour", From 7-10 January 2026.
The area around Mount Isa is where the outback meets the
sub-tropics which results in a great variety of sought-after birds, not
in the least two unique species of Grasswrens: Kalkadoon and
Carpentarian. A plethora of finch species live here, including Painted
Finch. During the wet season a range of unusual species pass through
here: we have chances of exciting birds such as Oriental Plover,
Oriental Pratincole, Yellow Chat and Little Curlew.
Please enquire by return email.
