Brown Honeyeater

Clear sighting of a flock of 8 brown Honeyeaters seen very clearly outside my
kitchen window feeding on banksia flowers. I live in Don Valley, Launching
Place, Victoria. According to the distribution map for this bird we are way to
far south to have the Brown Honeyeater as a visitor. First time I have seen
this bird, let alone this far south of its range but absolutely certain of
identification. Has any one else seen them this far south? Are they a product
of climate change shift in distribution?

Cheers, John
