Yes Chris a Turquoise Parrot.  Out of it's normal range which is other side
of the range - Southern Downs area.   It's an interesting turn up though
being March; I also recorded one here at Lake Samsonvale (west of
Brisbane)  in March 2019 - no idea if they have a tendency to disperse
around this time of year?

Yep,
Sure looks like a male Turquoise Parrot to me.
We saw some in the Bylong Valley (NSW) in November just gone.
My first ever sighting of them......

It is a quite ordinary male Turquoise Parrot. Question is, it is a wild bird
or an escaped pet? They are a regular aviary bird, yet at the location
reported is about on the northern edge of distribution.

Stock standard Turquoise Parrot male - very commonly bred in aviaries on
the Sunshine Coast and so will be an aviary escapee
