I appreciated the opportunity to watch the movie High Ground in a cinema this morning. Set in Arnhem Land in the early 20th century, it does a very good job in telling an unhappy story. The cinematography is stunning, and the bird photography and sound tracks are awesome. Not many movies feature brolgas in flight. Top Enders who watch the movie might be able to let us know if there are any out of region bird calls in the sound track. It is a movie worth watching.

Birding-Aus mailing list

To change settings or unsubscribe visit:
http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org
|
