Calling incessantly as they do from a dead tree.  I remember the great Graham Pizzey saying once that having a dead branch on top of a tree is a good spot to see and attract birds of prey.  Well, it was great for the Horsefields.  first one for our garden here at Wilmington.  The cuckoo we get a  bit is Pallid.
