Field guide dragonflies

Hi Jan,

I have found the following book useful for identifying Australian dragonflies:

Theischinger, G & Hawking, J. (2006). The Complete Field Guide to Dragonflies of Australia. 366 pp. (CSIRO Publishing, Collingwood).
https://www.publish.csiro.au/book/5349/ .

There is also an online identification key and photos of Australian damselfly and dragonfly species http://photos.rnr.id.au/Data/Animals/Insects/Odonata/ but I’ve never used it, so I don’t know how useful it is.

Kind regards,

Stephen Ambrose

Hi all, it might be a little bit off topic but could anyone recommend a field guide to the dragonflies of Australia?

Many thanks,

Jan
