hi guys

as this years's world shorebird day come to a close, i'd just like to
congratulate all those who participated, on your great effort

it's good to see a decent number of regos in our corner of the globe:-

Appreciating our shorebird counters we have three little gifts to give away.

checkout the week's outcome

a few have some trouble with the checklist sharing n here are some ebird links
with detail instructions:-

Understanding the eBird checklist
Do you have a group of birding friends that are all devoted eBird users? Has it
been frustrating that each of you has to...

those of you who have some shorebird checklists (for dates b/w 5-11 sept) n
would like to participate in this global event, (but have not registered) can
still share them with "worldshorebirdday"

just share the list/s under the "manage checklists" screen

next will be the all important task of analyzing the data.

if any of you guys are interested in volunteering to give a hand, pls email

so for now, from the shorebirds, in the words of douglas adams from his
"hitchhikers guide to the galaxy" trilogy

"so long (for now) and thanks for all the fish/crustaceans/molluscs n thoughts
