Greetings, all! I’m looking at photos of a juv Figbird (sent from a leafy Brisbane suburb) in a ?poinciana tree for the last several days. The bird has one bright white rump feather. The field guides are silent on this variation. Any ideas? Just a random event? What’s also odd is that this guide says breeding occurs Oct-Feb… Judith SEQ -- *Judith L-A <>VOICE Message: 07 3425 3777PH: 0434 388 716TEXT: 0407 596 455POST: c/o Post Office Dayboro Q 4521*

Birding-Aus mailing list

To change settings or unsubscribe visit:
http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org
|
