Help with the ID of another bird

Yes they are Scale breasted Munia, AKA (in Australia) as Nutmeg Mannikin &
Spice Finch. Common aviary bird and wild in Asia and parts of Australia. A
rather overgrown beak does occur in captivity, perhaps related to an
original injury or a bad diet or not enough abrasion on the beak when
eating.

Just back from Singapore and captured (in the Jurong Aviary) an unidentified
pair of crossbill type birds. Small about sparrow size. Foto attached.  Can
anyone identify species?
