This game is back in business for 2018

despite the website manager passing away in late 2017.  Some elements are
stuck (eg the theme) but basically it is possible to enter daily data and
start trying to add a different bird every day of the year.

No Australian managed to finish 2017 (Simon Thomson from North Carolina was
the only 'completer for that year) so go for it this year!
