Considering it's the Dept. of Env, Land, Water and Planning, I'd try putting
the 'w' in a different place (eg @delwp.vic.gov.au ).
That might sort it

If there is an issue with their email account this may be affecting other
folk also and I can work out how else to get to their attention.
