I saw about seven or eight Black-shouldered Kites once, all perched in a small 
dead tree near the old cemetery at Gravesend Mountain NSW.  There were a few 
juveniles and they were there for quite a long time.
Sorry, I can't remember the details, it was about ten to twelve years ago.
