All
an update/correction to the note from yesterday – the site where I saw the
ducks is not Wheeny Lagoon (which is to the north of Little Cattai Creek), but
a farm dam/small lake on the east side of the road before one reaches the creek
when heading north from Cattai. (If coming from the south, one descends a
small hill just after passing Old Post Office Road – the dam is on the right.)
Sincere apologies to anybody that may have gone to the wrong location – my
error in reading my street directory I’m afraid.
Cheers
Tom Wilson

Hi all
12 Wandering Whistling Duck, initially reported to eremaea about 2 weeks ago,
are still at Wheeny Lagoon and were easily visible from the Wisemans Ferry Rd
just north of the Cattai National Park this morning (29 Nov) at 7am.
Cheers
