IOC 5.2 update

Bit more complex than that - the old ssp "clarum" so if you have a book
that show ssp ranges use that.  Basically start at the north end of Spenser
Gulf and then north of a line parallel to the coast until somewhere in WA
where the line goes up towards Denham area.
