Fraser's Hill Gen and Guide?

All,
I have 4 days booked to head up to Fraser's Hill outside of KL on a layover 
before heading further afield.  I recall people on the list talking about good 
tracks and trails but can't find any up to date info in the archives.  Does 
anyone have contact details for a local bird guide or recent gen on the area 
you would be willing to share.  We head up in a week, a bit late but worth an 
ask.
