Ha good question, Surely the photo is engineered (photoshopped - the birds'
toes are missing) and or equally likely taken in an aviary- (three Gouldian
Finches in the one photo, one of each head colour and one Blue-faced Parrot
Finch together at a waterfall is pretty unlikely). The one you are asking
about maybe is a photoshopped Blue-faced Parrot Finch with blue extended to
the body or is there such a similar bird in PNG or other islands. Actually
on checking I believe suggest it is a form that has been selected for in
captivity, see e.g. this website
http://www.theparrotfinches.com/trichroa.htm for various aviary bred forms
of the species. There are photos there of the same odd colour form as on
that promo photo (along with lots of other odd finches and parrots).
